CANCELLATION/LATE POLICY

-All deposits are non refundable, and non transferable. 


-If you arrive to your appointment 16 or more minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. To reschedule you will have to pay a new deposit. No exceptions.


-If you arrive to your appointment with any makeup on your eyes you may be rescheduled and/or charged for a lash shampoo.


-Work is not guaranteed if you arrive with makeup, or arrive late. Having to rush through the service, or try and remove excessive makeup (which affects how well the lash adhesive bonds) impacts overall appearance and retention of lashes.

SHIPPING

All items are shipped via U.S. Postal service (USPS) and will take approximately 2-4 days for delivery. Once your order is shipped, the tracking number will be provided to the email address associated with your order.

We will not be responsible for any lost packages. Please contact the shipping provider in regards to any packages that has not been received after it has been shipped.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO EXCEPTIONS. Refunds are given only in extenuating circumstances.
